INTERIOR PAINTING Before your interior project is started, each room or area is thoroughly set up to protect your belongings: Our painters will cover carpets/hardwood floors with drop cloths/plastic, remove wall hangings, move and cover furniture with plastic, remove door knobs, outlet covers and set up plastic shields to contain dust. The preparation will consist of repairing nail holes, nail pops and drywall cracks, caulk/seal all loose joints in woodwork, spot prime all bare wood, stains and repaired areas. Additionally, after each job is completed we clean, vacuum and place everything back in it's original location.
	EXTERIOR PAINTING Before your exterior painting project is started: Our painters prepare the surface of your house to ensure the best adhesion. Contaminants such as dirt, mold and mildew can affect the quality of the exterior painting job. We will pressure wash the entire exterior to remove all dirt, mold and mildew. We will then sand and scrape any loose or flaking paint, perform any minor repairs that are needed and prime all bare and repaired surfaces. We will caulk/seal all loose joints to prevent water moisture from getting behind the substrate. All rotten wood will be replaced with either PVC "never rot" material or primed exterior wood. We use the highest quality of exterior painting products. We can spray, brush or roll depending on the type of siding and paint to be used.
